Integrated Care Boards

Working with ICBs, we have developed a range of options to suit different locations; from smaller tailored programmes of work, to larger models of primary care analytical capacity embedded within existing analytical teams.

We have established a Blueprint model which embeds our experienced senior analytical capacity in your ICB, alongside dedicated resources to work alongside your existing analytical team – this enhances the level of understanding of general practice to support you with better levels of insight.
We have also developed programmes of work to assess ICB Primary Care analytical skills, capabilities and capacity. It also assess the connection to PCNs within your footprint, and their awareness of and confidence in utilisation of data.
